Please be as descriptive as possible so the issue can be tracked down.
Some helpful details:
- Watch Series: 5,6,7,8,9,Ultra
- Watch OS Version
- The last action you took before the issue came up
- Whether it happens every time or just occasionally
- Screenshot, photo or video of the issue
You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and future correspondence as the issue is worked.
