  • I have run out of space on my phone, what can I do
  • You can remove and reinstall this app as many times as you need to clear up space for other apps.
    This app takes up very little space, but you may need to delete other apps to install it.

  • I have received an odd error, what should I do?
  • I have received a message that says somthing about decoding data. What should I do?

  • I don't see WF Favorites Watch list on the iPhone app list
  • This is a Watch only app. While you may use the iPhone to install the app, it will not appear in the iPhone's list of apps since it is not an iPhone app.
    You will find the app listed in the Watch's app list by tapping the crown on the watch.

  • What is the duration of the weather radar animation?
  • Two hours before and 30 minutes after the current time.
    NOTE: When you hit the pause button you are shown the forecast for 30 minutes from the current time.

  • Can we change the models used for the charts?
  • Not at this time. Perhaps in a furture version.

  • What is the Rain setting used for?
  • Currently nothing. It is there for potential future enhancement.

  • Does the data update automatically?
  • How do I manually update the data?
  • What is the circular button on the bottom left do?
  • Refreshes the data associated with the visible spot. This includes all widget data.
    NOTE: The app refreshes the data automatically. If the visible spot is a pro (yellow or gold) spot, it will update every five minutes. Otherwise, the update is 30 minutes.

  • How much battery does the app use?
  • Will the app drain my battery?
  • I have no idea how much battery it uses.
    My experience is that this app does not kill your battery.
    I'm sure you'll notice some additional drain since it is an actively communicating app.

  • I'm viewing a Pro station that has no wind spped - What has happened?
  • You don't have access to the "Pro" stations. Presuming you have a Pro or higher level subscription, you've probably been logged out by WeatherFlow. Most likely because you've logged in from some other device. You can log back in by going to settings, tapping [Sign Out] and then logging in again.
