Original Works

This product is derived from an open source project: PowerTrader_AI

I found it on GitHub and immediately became fascinated by its potential. The original is written in Python. I wanted to make it more accessible to non-technical users, so I created this Electron-based desktop application. The core AI algorithms and trading logic are mostly unchanged from the original project, which is why I can't claim credit for the "intelligence" behind it. My contribution is in rewriting it and packaging it into a user-friendly interface and adding features to make it easier to use.

The original project is licensed under the Apache 2.0 License. Here is a link to that license:

That means it's not open source and you can't modify or distribute it without permission.

The original license allows me to modify and distribute my version as commercial software.

As a "retired" person I need some income and this is one way to get it. Whether you support the idea or not, this is the reality of the situation.

By purchasing and using this software, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in the commercial license. You can find a copy of the commercial license at:

Commercial License

The most important part of the license is the Hold Harmless clause in which the Licensee agrees to not sue me for losses incurred through the use of this software.

I've included it below to ensure it is clearly visible.

Hold Harmless.

(a) Licensee shall hold harmless Licensor for any and all consequence encountered through the use of this software.

(b) Licensee acknowledges and confirms that this software makes automatic crypto currency trades in an fashion that does not require prior authorization from Licensee and agrees that the Licensor is not responsible and is held harmless for any financial outcomes produced by software.

(c) Licensee acknowledges they are waiving their right to sue Licensor for any losses incurred through the use of this software.
